About Judd
I’m Judd, a physiotherapy graduate from Trinity College Dublin with a strong foundation in anatomy, physiology and rehabilitation. Having recently completed my degree, I understand how challenging these subjects can feel and how helpful a clear, practical explanation can be.
Through clinical placements, patient education and rugby coaching, I have developed the ability to explain complex ideas clearly and adapt my communication to different learners. I bring a patient, organized and encouraging approach, creating an environment where questions are welcome and students feel comfortable working through difficulties.
My aim is to help you understand the reasoning behind what you learn, connect theory with practical examples and build confidence in your own knowledge.

My approach is practical, supportive and tailored to each learner’s goals. I break complex topics into manageable steps, using clear explanations and real-world examples. Lessons include discussion, practice questions and opportunities for students to explain concepts in their own words, helping identify gaps and build confidence.
I hold a BSc in Physiotherapy from Trinity College Dublin. Through patient education, leading rehabilitation classes and coaching school rugby, I have developed experience adapting explanations to different ages, abilities and levels of understanding.
Lessons are aimed at learners who want to strengthen their understanding of anatomy, physiology and topics related to physiotherapy. The level and pace are agreed beforehand to ensure the teaching matches their needs.
