About Embodied
I am a trauma-sensitive yoga, somatics, and meditation teacher with over 16 years of experience in embodied practice and instruction. My work integrates evidence-based trauma-sensitive approaches with contemplative and Tantric lineages that emphasize safety, embodiment, and discernment.
I am a devoted initiate of Non-dual Śākta Śaiva Tantra, and my teaching is informed by long-term study, personal practice, and lived experience of trauma recovery and spiritual awakening. This allows me to work with care and clarity at the intersection of nervous-system regulation, embodiment, and contemplative practice.
I offer private classes and coaching in trauma-sensitive yoga, somatic embodiment, meditation, and breath-based regulation. I am also a Holotropic Breathwork facilitator and psychedelic, plant- and fungi-medicine informed, with experience supporting preparation and integration in a grounded, trauma-aware way.
My approach is professional, ethical, and non-pathologizing. I prioritize choice, consent, and respect for each individual’s pace, offering practices that support stability, integration, and sustainable change rather than catharsis or force.

I offer trauma-sensitive yoga, somatics, meditation, and Tantra-informed embodiment practices grounded in both evidence-based approaches and lived experience.
With over 16 years of practice and teaching, my work is shaped by a long personal journey from trauma through deep healing, nervous-system regulation, and spiritual awakening. I am a devoted initiate of Non-dual Śākta Śaiva Tantra, and I teach from a place of embodiment, humility, and care rather than performance, bypassing, or dogma.
The trauma-sensitive yoga I offer is an evidence based, therapeutic alternative for working with trauma, chronic stress, anxiety, and nervous-system dysregulation. Sessions emphasize choice, safety, pacing, interoceptive awareness, and self-agency, allowing students to reconnect with their bodies in ways that are respectful, empowering, and sustainable. This approach is especially supportive for those who may not feel safe or at ease in traditional yoga settings.
I offer private one-to-one sessions that may include:

Tantra-informed approaches to presence, energy, and integration

I work with adults seeking trauma-sensitive movement, embodiment, nervous-system support, and a deeper relationship to themselves — whether for therapeutic support, spiritual exploration, or both.
