About Natalie
I'm Natalie, a trauma-informed personal and relationship coach working online with clients around the world. Many of the people I work with are kind, capable and exhausted from putting everyone else first, often after a controlling relationship or a childhood where keeping the peace felt essential.
My training includes life coaching, somatic trauma-informed coaching, NLP, inner child work, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) techniques and trauma-informed positive psychology, and I'm a CPD-accredited Narcissistic Abuse Specialist. I also write workbooks on boundaries and communication.
Clients describe me as warm, calm and non-judgmental. I'll never rush you, and you'll always leave with something practical to try.

If you're always the one who gives, find it hard to say no, or feel responsible for everyone else's feelings, coaching can help you put yourself back into your own life.
In our free first session we'll talk about where people-pleasing shows up for you and what you'd like to change. Sessions then help you to:
- understand where the pattern comes from and why it feels so hard to break
- notice your own needs and feelings again
- practise clear, kind ways to say no and ask for what you need
- handle guilt, and the people who push back when you change
- build confidence with small weekly challenges
Sessions are practical and supportive, with scripts, role-play and one small step to try each week. They're 50 minutes on video, available in UK and European hours and US mornings. Please note this is coaching, not therapy or a crisis service.
