About Arianna
Hi, I’m Arianna – a dedicated yoga teacher with a deep commitment to mindfulness, meditation, and holistic well-being. Over the years, I’ve honed my skills in Hatha, Ashtanga, and Yin yoga, and I blend these practices with a trauma-informed approach to provide a healing and nurturing environment for my students.
I believe that yoga is not just about physical postures, but a powerful tool for personal growth, inner peace, and self-discovery. Through my lessons, I aim to help you reconnect with your body, calm your mind, and cultivate a sense of inner balance. Whether you’re new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, I’m here to guide you every step of the way.
