Hi, I’m Liz, Founder of Fit for Living. For the past 20 years I have worked as a personal trainer, coach and professional boxer and studied counselling and eco-psychology. My aim is to help you improve your physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual wellbeing so you can live better, be the best version of yourself and go after the things you want.
