About Anooj
My journey hasn’t been straight out of a storybook. Like many, I struggled with a lack of confidence and the fear of not being good enough growing up. The world of fitness was where I first found my spark of transformation—pushing beyond my limits, embracing resilience, and unlocking the power of a positive mindset. This laid the groundwork for everything that followed.
Travelling through over 40 countries has also been my classroom, teaching me the essence of resilience and adaptability. Each stamp in my passport tells a story of navigating new cultures, embracing the unexpected, and learning to thrive in diverse settings.
I’m passion led, whether that be immersing myself in music, photography or learning languages – I’ve always been diving deep into the worlds that fascinate me. This curiosity, paired with my journey from uncertainty to empowerment, fuels my coaching practice. I blend empathy, insight, and innovative strategy to help direct you, offering support at life’s many crossroads.
My time in the Tech world has uniquely shaped my coaching approach. Working in an industry that’s constantly evolving has taught me the value of staying agile, thinking critically, and solving problems creatively. It’s shown me how the principles of tech innovation can be applied to personal development—breaking down complex challenges into manageable parts, adapting to change quickly, and always looking forward to the next solution.
