You begin in a calm, centered space. We open with gentle pranayama—breathing exercises that quiet your mind and prepare your body. As your nervous system settles, we move into a warm warm-up, awakening your joints and muscles.
We flow into Surya Namaskar, synchronizing breath with movement, building inner heat and energy. From there, I guide you through personalized asanas tailored to your health needs—whether managing diabetes, sciatica, thyroid imbalance, or digestive concerns. Each pose is held mindfully, with modifications offered to honor your unique body.
As we near the end, the pace softens. We transition into restorative poses and supported stretches, allowing deep relaxation to settle in. The class closes with guided meditation and Savasana, leaving you refreshed, grounded, and transformed.
