About Lexi
I am a violin tutor with over 4 years of teaching experience and a Bachelor of Music in Violin Performance specializing in Contemporary Repertoire. My lessons blend classical technique with modern expressive playing. Students develop bowing, vibrato, phrasing, and interpretation skills across Classical, Contemporary, and Cinematic styles. I prepare learners for orchestral excerpts and ensemble performances, emphasizing accuracy, tone, and musical collaboration. I have extensive experience supporting ABRSM and Trinity exam students. Orchestral coaching forms a key part of my method, helping students master group performance. Lessons are tailored for early intermediate, advanced intermediate, and professional-level students.
