I am Kurtis, I have been training for 7 years.I have a lot of information and education I would like to share with people who are new to fitness and would like to progress in the journey!
Whether you're seeking online coaching to lose weight, gain lean muscle or transform your physique, or simply improve your overall health, i am commited to providing tailored workouts and nutrition plans that achieve your goals.
I strive to leave everyone i work with stronger, fitter and a happier. From your physical training to your nutrition, whether you're exercising in a gym, or your home, i got you.
My approach to exercise programming and nutrition is grounded in experience, knowledge and research. I will deliver to you training that is challenging, effective and gets quick, safe and long term results.

Online PT Package includes:
- Personalised bespoke exercise plans (gym-based, home-based)

- 2 Video calls to review progress and discuss questions
- 24/7 support over WhatsApp/Email
Monthly cost - £70
Virtual Personal training sessions ( 45 minute) £10 per session
In person training (1 hour) £15 per session
