About Lucy
As a certified yoga instructor with over 10 years of experience in fitness, I’m passionate about helping people improve both their physical and mental well-being. With a 500-hour yoga teacher certification and a background in personal training, I blend expertise from multiple disciplines to create classes that are not only effective but also empowering. I teach because I believe in the transformative power of yoga. I’ve seen firsthand how it can calm the mind, release tension, and build both physical strength and emotional resilience. My goal is to guide you through a practice that supports your journey to feeling stronger, more balanced, and at peace. When you take my class, you’re not just getting an instructor – you’re getting a dedicated, professional guide who truly cares about your progress and well-being. Whether you're new to yoga or looking to deepen your practice, I’m here to offer personalized support and create a space where you can feel good in your body and mind.

I create a supportive space where students can move, breathe, and relax. My classes blend movement, breathwork, and mindfulness to improve flexibility, strength, and mental clarity.
How I Teach
- Breath & Movement: I guide students to move with their breath, helping them stay present and relaxed.
- Accessible for All Levels: I offer modifications so beginners feel comfortable, and experienced students can deepen their practice.
- Balanced Classes: Each session includes grounding, gentle warm-ups, a main flow or deep stretches, and a relaxing cooldown.
