Namaste! I’m Madhu, a passionate and dedicated yoga teacher committed to guiding others on their journey to better health, balance, and inner peace. Yoga has transformed my life in powerful ways—physically, mentally, and spiritually—and I believe it’s a gift that should be shared. My goal as a teacher is to make yoga accessible, enjoyable, and meaningful for everyone, no matter their age or experience level. I teach not just the physical postures, but also the deeper aspects of breath, mindfulness, and self-awareness that yoga offers.
