My coaching sessions are designed to create clarity, build confidence, and provide actionable strategies for individuals who are ready to take charge of their career. Using a mix of guided self-reflection, practical tools, and personalized support, I help clients uncover their unique strengths and align their career goals with their values.
Teaching Method and Techniques
I use a combination of:
• Interactive Discussions: To help you gain clarity about your strengths, passions, and goals.
• Practical Tools: Resume templates, job search trackers, and interview prep materials to ensure you have everything you need for success.
• Mindset Techniques: Including somatic practices and reframing limiting beliefs to help you approach challenges with confidence.
• Customized Action Plans: Designed to align your career journey with your long-term aspirations.
A Typical Session
Each session is tailored to your unique needs and goals. For example:
1. Clarity Exercise: We’ll start by identifying where you are and where you want to go.
2. Practical Work: Dive into a specific focus area such as crafting your resume, optimizing LinkedIn, or preparing for an interview.
3. Action Planning: End with a clear, actionable takeaway to implement before our next session.
