I am a certified personal trainer and former national level athlete with years of experience in fitness coaching, strength training, and mobility work. My background in sports education and professional coaching allows me to design structured, effective, and personalized training programs for all fitness levels. Having competed at a high level as part of the Tunisian National Rowing Team, I understand the importance of discipline, proper technique, and tailored workouts.
