I have been in the fitness world since I was 16, with studies as well as a lot of independent learning, with experience in clients who have achieved their goals.

Most of my consultations are online, although I also have in-person students. As for online, I do a routine and a diet, every two weeks you would have a check-up and every month a complete change of both so that you find it enjoyable in addition to daily contact, while in-person we would train on the day of your own choice.
