About Neil
I’m a Dietitian and Nutrition Coach passionate about helping people transform their bodies and heal from the inside out. I’ve personally healed my scalp psoriasis and improved my body composition through a targeted, evidence-based healing diet — and I use that experience to guide others.
I specialise in helping clients:
Achieve fat loss and elite physique goals
Heal autoimmune or skin issues
Boost energy, digestion, and overall wellness
