About Kevin
Hi I'm Kevin, strength conditioning and mixed martial arts coach.
I am 28 years old and I have been playing sports since I was 6 years old. I had the opportunity to experience completely different sports environments, even at a high level, such as: Volleyball, Swimming, Soccer, Basketball and finally Mixed Martial Arts.
I have trained in gyms both in Italy and abroad and I continue to develop my knowledge in the fitness field by learning day after day, with the possibility of teaching anyone interested.
Since many protocols used by most gyms are created to get your membership, as long as possible, my goal is to achieve the physical and mental well-being of customers, without wasting time, through scientific methods applied to the respective requests.

TRAINING METHOD
The first lesson is free and will be used to get to know each other and understand what are the objectives to be achieved in a reasonably short time, avoiding inconclusive fatigue.
Each lesson will not last more than an hour due to the immediate effectiveness of the training (this obviously varies according to your needs, whether you are a professional sportsman or simply someone with the aim of achieving optimal and lasting physical shape) .
I offer the opportunity to teach you the basics to train yourself effectively, with or without weights and machines, once you decide you no longer want to pay for personal training.
The workouts will be customized so I will be available to anyone.
