My classes are very easy to follow - so whether this is your first time trying a fitness class or if you are an experienced professional, this is suited for all levels.
My aim is to make sure that the work out - works for you. The goal is to enjoy your workout and be mindful in the moment - leave everything else behind and leave with a feeling of achievement.
I have been training for the past few years to become a Les Mills Instructor.
The typical length of the class is 45 min.
The classes are suitable for all ages.
