I am Emre a 22 year old personal trainer living in North London. Started training as a basketball player and switched to weight training during high school. I have a comprehensive understanding of human physiology and anatomy which I use to create training programs that suit your needs. I am also knowledgeable in using different training methods to help you achieve your dream physique.
