About Alexia
Trained this year at ADNR in Stress Management, also graduated in yoga and in the process of validating a diploma in naturopathy, I support people wishing to regain control of their emotions in conflict and stress situations, in the daily and at work, by learning in particular to manage their daily stress through the acquisition of adapted tools.

I approach support in stress management through breathing techniques, visualization and relaxation acquired during my training in naturopathy and yoga. After evaluating together the exposure to stressors and detecting the various related symptoms, I develop and propose effective methods to approach daily life more calmly and in better health!
