About Danielle Carrie
I’m Danielle, a somatic coach and yoga guide with extensive training across mind–body disciplines. I’m a 500-hour certified yoga teacher, currently completing an additional 500-hour Kundalini training, and have specialised training in somatic yoga, meditation, Ayurvedic wisdom (with Katie Silcox), embodied coaching and the Somatic Method with Sah D’Simone. My background as a primary school teacher and English literature graduate supports my ability to teach with clarity, compassion and creativity. As a mum of five, including twins, I bring a grounded, real-life understanding of resilience, regulation and the nervous system. My work integrates embodied practice, mindful awareness and holistic wisdom to help clients reconnect with their bodies and transform from the inside out.

I’m a somatic coach who weaves together somatic yoga, mindfulness and meditation to help people reconnect with their bodies and inner wisdom. My work is inspired by Brené Brown’s insights on vulnerability and courage, as well as Buddhist philosophy and compassionate awareness. I support clients in building grounded presence, emotional resilience, and mindset shifts that foster real transformation. My approach is gentle, body-based, and empowering—inviting you to return to yourself, breath by breath.
