I am a certified counseling psychologist, a trainer, and a life coach with over five years of experience. I am passionate about individuals being the best version of themselves. My methodology and technique will help you identify your goals, develop action plans, overcome obstacles and make progress towards your desired goals. I will be using multiple coaching techniques like solution-focused, cognitive behavioral coaching techniques, positive psychology, etc. Knowing fully well that mental health is key to overall health, I will be tailoring interventions and channeling the objective of the teaching/sessions based on students' specific needs. I teach and train children, preteens, young adults, and adults.
