Ex-national level athlete, I give lessons in French or English in boxing and kickboxing at home or outside. Thanks to my many years of experience, I will be able to use my skills to your advantage in order to support you in an efficient and targeted manner; Each session will be personalized and adapted to your needs and your level. ➜ Classes last 60 minutes and always begin with a warm-up. ➜ We then move on to specific boxing work (the exercises can be modulated depending on your level, objectives, but also your feedback). ➜ Finally, we usually finish with some muscle strengthening exercises. Gloves and glove liners can be loaned if necessary. Do not hesitate to contact me for any further information.
