About Karina
I am a professional MMA fighter; I am currently active fighting in Invicta FC league in the United States.
I have extensive knowledge in the following sports:
- Boxing
- Kick boxing
- Brazilian Jiu Jitsu
I have been in combat sports and teaching fitness classes for more than 15 years. I have 20 amateur boxing matches, a Fitness Figure competition, several jiu jitsu competitions and my current job is to fight as an MMA fighter where I have 12 professional fights: 4 national and 8 international.

No matter your level of conditioning I work with beginners, intermediate and advanced. My classes are from 1 hour to 1 hour and a half, depending on the student and his availability of time.
