About Julie 'Chinmayi'
I left a stressful senior role in banking in 2007 to pursue a desire to help others – physically, emotionally and spiritually, also committing myself to an intense period of learning and retraining in yoga, meditation and holistic therapies.
I’m openly passionate about the benefits that yoga and traditional practices can bring to modern life in the pursuit of mental/physical health and what that we all want ultimately - happiness.
I’ve travelled extensively through India, Nepal and Peru practising with many different teachers and styles, now bringing a little more of the spiritual and also scientific essences of traditional yoga and wellness practices back to the West through classes, training programmes and online offerings. I fully embrace the profound effect all of this ancient wisdom can have on physical, mental and spiritual health.
