About Riya
I am Riya Davda, a yoga teacher from Bangalore, India. I am a social individual with varied interests in the field of wellness. I have grave interest towards mental health and yoga therefore, my teachings stem from feel good movement and brain healthy activities.
I hold 200 Yttc certifications and a 800 hour certification of yoga instructor and evaluator from the Ayush Ministry, Government of India. Alongside certifications, I regularly train in Rishikesh and Mysore. I have been teaching yoga since college days, when I was 19 years old. Now, with 4 years of teaching experience, I have been able to cater to a vide variety of students and stitch various kinds of classes. Apart from yoga, I have pursued a BA in Psychology.

Namaste, Thank you for considering yoga classes with me. Classes with me are dynamic because I explore new styles and techniques in yoga, with every class having a point of focus. For example, A class could be focused on physical intensity, undisturbed meditative focus, or a breath-focused class. All you need to come with is, comfortable clothes, a yoga mat, a few yoga props if you own them, and finally, an open mind. So these are the routine classes for mind and body.
Moving on to theory-focused classes, you can reach out to me for your yoga teacher training preparation in case you have already enrolled in a Yoga teacher training school and are looking to revise and ace the syllabus for the exams which follow the training. we can go over your strengths and work on areas that need some revision.
