About Mikaela
Hi, I’m Mikaela!
I’ve been playing the fiddle since I was 7 years old. I’m trained in classical and traditional music.
Trad has opened up so many doors for me between friends, gigs, festivals, competitions, music sessions and more!
I am passionate about teaching the fiddle and I would love to share this fun.
I am currently studying Occupational Therapy in UCC and I am the Vice Events Officer for UCC TradSoc (traditional Irish music society).

My hope is to open up my students to the world of traditional Irish music so you can get as much fun and enjoyment out of the music as possible!
Lessons will be a mixture of technique, style, and repertoire.
Happy to do the lessons as Gaeilge.
Available for in person lessons in Cork City and/ or online lessons via FaceTime or Zoom.
