Patricia is a wonderful yoga and meditation teacher. Her classes are a perfect balance of strength, flow, and mindfulness, always guided with patience and care. She creates a welcoming space where beginners and experienced students alike feel supported to grow both physically and mentally.

I had 2 sessions with Patricia and she is incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. She guided me first a 40 min meditation and breath work. I didn’t know my mind and body needed that. The second practice was focused on letting the thoughts go and focusing on the breathing on its own. I’d like everyone to give it a go and let her guide you with both meditation and breath work.
