About Shruti
Inspired by my teachers, peers and environment I aim to bring an unique sense of empoverment to each of my class. Through meditation, pranayam and asanas my goal is to have my students leave feeling refreshed and renewed.
I teach traditional hatha yoga which is the base of all yoga forms. Classes are tailored according to my clients requirement with Meditation, Pranayam (breathwork) and Yoga Asanas (poses).
