About Anna
I am a trading psychology consultant and financial psychologist with a background in trading, portfolio management, behavioral economics, and psychology. I work with traders and investors to identify cognitive biases, emotional triggers, and repeated decision patterns that affect risk, discipline, and consistency in volatile markets.
I hold a Master’s degree in Behavioral Economics and degrees in psychology, and I have professional experience managing portfolios, supporting crypto-investment decisions, and coaching traders on discipline and emotional regulation. This mix of academic training and real-market work allows me to connect psychological insights with what actually happens on the chart and in your account.
In my practice, I use behavioral analysis, structured assessment, and psychologically informed support to strengthen decision quality under uncertainty. I focus on helping you understand your own trading archetype, recognize blind spots and self-sabotaging patterns, and build a more stable, sustainable way of taking risk over time. My style is calm, precise, and respectful of your individual trading approach.

Teaching method & techniques
In our work, I use elements of cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), Solution-Focused techniques, and behavioral economics. We translate your trading experiences (wins, losses, revenge trades, missed moves) into clear patterns, then work step by step to change those patterns with structured reflection, journaling, and specific routines before and after trading.
Typical lesson plan
A typical session starts with a brief review of your recent trades, emotions, and decisions. We then focus on one concrete issue (for example, breaking your risk rules, difficulty closing losing trades, or over-trading after wins) and unpack the thoughts and behaviors behind it. You get practical tools to test in real markets: micro-rules, checklists, small experiments, and reflection questions that fit your trading style and timeframe. At the next session, we analyze what worked, what didn’t, and adjust.
What sets me apart as a tutor
I am not a trading strategist or signal provider. My background is in psychology, behavioral economics, and real-world experience with trading, investing, and risk management, including work with trading journals and long-term performance in volatile markets. This allows me to speak both the language of charts and the language of emotions, and to respect your individual style instead of forcing you into “one perfect system”.
