I'm Rebecca, an experienced science teacher with a strong passion for innovation and sustainability. My teaching approach incorporates techniques such as social constructivism, game-based lessons, and inquiry-based learning. I have extensive experience teaching biology, physics, and chemistry to students at KS3 and GCSE levels.
My lessons are typically structured to run for a standard length of time, ensuring optimal engagement and knowledge retention. As a qualified tutor, I hold a Bachelor of Science degree, a Post Graduate Certificate in Education (specializing in SP/FET Life Science/Natural Science), and a CertTESOL.
In addition to my classroom teaching, I have worked as a private tutor, specializing in tutoring biology, physics, chemistry, and mathematics at GCSE level (Edexcel and AQA boards). I have successfully guided students to achieve remarkable improvements in their grades.
