About Alternaltive
Hi :) I am ____, currently a Year 13 student. In 2025, I was the Dux Ludorum at ______, and have achieved excellence endorsements in level 1, 2, and on track as well for level 3. In the same year, I have also attained an A+ in MATH199, a first-year STAR course offered by the University of Canterbury. I've always had an interest when it comes to Mathematics and Science, and I am eager to share my knowledge to everyone keen to learn.

I am able to tutor all levels of either externals/internals in NCEA Chemistry, Physics, and Calculus and level 3 Statistics (probability distributions and evaluating reports). I can unpack concepts in a consumable way, ensuring that students are confident and have a wider breadth of knowledge when it comes to exams or these subjects. My teaching methodology consists of step-by-step methods on solving problems, analysing key tips for past-paper questions, and building foundation for future learning. I am able to provide resources, including those that I've personally used, and create workbooks tailored to your needs. My lessons are one hour but there is leeway to this duration. I am able to provide in-person tutoring at Rolleston, as well as online lessons.
