About Jorge
In my career, I have witnessed and experienced all the emotions and changes imaginable in a person, from being in the depths of your own mind, to feeling at the top and believing yourself invincible. The conclusion? The only constant in your life is change, and once you understand this, you can choose the best pattern to adapt to it. There is no perfect strategy, but there are some that work infinitely better than others. I have experience working with all kinds of people, from childhood to responsible for companies, both through 1 to 1 classes and in group classes. I can provide references of previous clients if required. The guarantee of my success is the achievement of your objectives.

Hello! If you are reading me from the sofa, from your bed, from the comfort of your security corner, telling yourself that tomorrow. Tomorrow will be the big day, the day when everything changes, the day when you will finally begin to fulfill your goals ... Good news: you do not have to wait until tomorrow. Today is the day when you can start to get your little victories, and until you get your big ambitions, I'll be with you all the way. With me you will learn to know yourself, to tune body and mind as a whole, and to have the tools to improve both your life and those of your environment.
