About Arvind
I was born into a traditional Hindu brahmin family in the south of India. Training in Yoga, Tantra,Vedanta and Classical Indian music is part of the family heritage and treasure. I feel a calling to share this treasure with humanity.

The course starts with breathing exercises. Do bring rhythm to breathing. Then the student is guided through exercises in singing of musical notes. The student is guided to develop knowledge of "Svara" and "Raaga", fundamental concepts of Indian classical music.
Along with breathing and vocal exercises, study of Yoga sutras of patanjali happens in parallel.
