About Mercy
My name is Mercy Mueni. I am from Kenya.
I am a dedicated and enthusiastic Swahili educator with strong native‑level oral and written command of the language. I believe learning Swahili goes beyond grammar and vocabulary — it opens a window into the rich culture, history and shared traditions of East African communities.
Patient and adaptable, I enjoy working with learners of all ages and backgrounds. I design engaging lessons using everyday conversations, folktales, proverbs and local examples to build students’ confidence in speaking, reading and writing. I create a friendly, respectful classroom space where learners feel free to practise, ask questions and learn from mistakes.
