Ana, is the best trust me!!!
I know her as a paicologist, and believe me she is very professional, super friendly, I highly recommend her!!!Yoga classes at Claridad by Ana Heredia are amazing: she knows pretty well physical and philosophical yoga basements, but her gentle, soft and sweet personality guides you into joyful experience.
