About Noor
My experiences can be found in the organization and presentation of small seminars / training courses in a specific setting at ULB (while being independent from the brand). In my "journalistic" approach, through the articles I write. This is also a project related to Well-Being, which tends to be officially launched. There are also the formations that I pursue continuously (at the moment [September 2017] I continue the formation of the "Pacific Warrior"). I work with children between the ages of 7 and 10 to help them structure and position themselves in relation to their lessons, their lives, families, friends, etc. Feedback has always been positive to me. Particularly for the little ones who come back to me after great personal victories, concerning them.

The speaking sessions, personal development, well-being in short, are aimed at everyone, for all ages and are obviously adapted according to the person (in general). For example, I will not have the same approach in terms of words with a 10-year-old as with a 20-year-old. The techniques used are mainly speaking and listening. In addition to them, analysis, work on oneself, physical and mental. Relaxation exercises, scenarios and work on returning "lived". The approach of the sessions can be built in two (naturally recommended) - or in a group. This is to help establish a foundation of structure / trust.

J'ai eu le privilège de pouvoir travailler "en team" avec Noor. Ceci comme bénévoles pour le département logements, lié à l'organisation d'un festival pour environ 12.000 festivaliers.
Noor est d'abord très sociale et ouverte/honnête, mais, en plus, elle porte une éfficacité en soi qu'on voit pas dans tout le monde: l'équilibre entre authorité et gentillesse, accompagné par un sens de professionalisme et détermination pour succès essentiel.
