I'm Luigi, a three-year graduate in Exercise and Sport Sciences.
I am currently completing my studies with a master's degree in Human Nutrition and am attending the Project Invictus Personal Trainer course.

Following the initial medical history and the evaluation of the starting point of individual abilities, a personalized long/short-term training program will be created (based on requests and availability), defining the objectives to be achieved, depending on the means available .
I offer the first lesson in case of package purchase. The price varies if you decide to do a route online or in the gym.
