About Aurélien
Passionate about teaching and working with young people, I love connecting with my students to make learning both effective and enjoyable. I have several years of experience in private lessons (in high school as well as for first-year students at EPFL), and I have helped several students overcome their blockages and regain their self-confidence.
I was even president of an association that takes care of the integration of first-year students in computer science throughout the year, where I organized events to help new students get into a work rhythm during revision. For me, teaching is much more than transmitting knowledge: it is sharing a passion, demystifying difficulties and seeing that spark of understanding ignite. Third-year EPFL student (validated, now on sabbatical) with excellent grades in these subjects, I offer dynamic and personalized video lessons (with a tablet to write live). My goal is to clarify what seems complicated for the student: we dissect the concepts with concrete examples, we practice on typical exercises, and we target the difficulties to make lasting progress. Whether you are struggling or aiming for honors, I adapt to your level (all high school/gymnasium classes) to give you confidence and learning methods. Looking forward to meeting you!
