About Taylor
I am currently in my third year studying for my physics degree, on course to graduate with a Master’s in Physics in 2023.
I enjoy being able to help build on and encourage an interest in all areas of science and maths because I think they are some of the most interesting and rewarding subjects to study, especially since there is always something more to discover.
Having studied all sciences and maths at A-level, and physics throughout my degree so far I am very familiar with the content of GCSE and A-level and also the struggles that students face when studying for these subjects. Despite having to deal with the struggles that you are probably familiar with, I still went on to study physics at university, which I am still fascinated by.
I am excited to be able to teach you and share my knowledge in a clear, understandable way and so share in your discovery as well as helping you find joy in science and maths.
I also have 2 cats that may appear during lessons, they are very cute.

Lessons are aimed at Secondary school science and maths students up to GCSE level, and physics for A Level students.
Having completed A-Levels or equivalent in all these subjects and currently in my third year out of four years of study for an integrated master’s in physics, I have extensive experience in these subject areas, and of mentoring peers and younger family members.
Tutoring will consist of problem solving, exam practice and allows for more in-depth teaching on topics of particular difficulty for each individual student. Based on previous lessons and problems brought to me by each student, each lesson is tailored to their individual needs and aims to strike a balance between learning / revision and problem solving to solidify understanding of subject material.
The typical length of a lesson is 1 hour, however this is flexible for any individual circumstances.
