About Taranjit
I’m a third-year medical student at the University of Liverpool with over a year of experience tutoring GCSE Biology.
My medical training allows me to explain concepts clearly and logically, helping students understand not just what to do, but why — which is especially helpful in Biology.
I focus on building confidence, strengthening core understanding, and applying knowledge to exam-style questions, so students feel more prepared and less overwhelmed.

A standard lesson lasts 60 minutes and follows a clear, structured format.
We begin with a short recap and warm-up to reinforce key skills. The main part of the lesson then focuses on a specific topic or exam question type, broken down step-by-step with clear explanations and worked examples.
Toward the end, we practise exam-style questions together, followed by targeted feedback and guidance on what to revise independently.
I focus on helping students understand why concepts work, not just memorising methods. Lessons are friendly, supportive, and exam-focused, helping students build confidence and strong study habits over time.
