About Joe
At uni, I coach tennis to a variety of skill levels, which I really enjoy as it's nice for me to see people progress in their abilities and being totally honest I enjoy playing tennis so that helps. Equally, I have a passion for Mathematics and want to transfer the enjoyment I get from maths to others and I enjoyed tutoring in the past so, I'm looking to get back into it now I feel I am very well qualified to do so.

1-hour lessons where I will teach concepts, work through some examples myself with explanations, then work through examples with you, before finally allowing you to attempt independent examples with my guidance available when you need it. Can assign tasks to complete outside the lesson and will start each lesson with a question from a previously studied topic to check retention. I have tutored GCSE and A-level maths privately in the past few years, and also coach tennis, meaning I have plenty of experience sharing my knowledge. Currently, I am on track to receive a First-class Honours Master’s Degree with Distinction in Mathematics so my subject knowledge is excellent
