About Mae
My name is Mae, I am 20 years old and from Birmingham! Currently in my final year at the University of Cambridge, I am no stranger to academics.
Having done a lot of my A-Level work through the Covid pandemic, I had to develop my own methods to supplement the lacklustre education that I was given via Microsoft Teams. My flashcards and revision materials have been used by many of my friends, as well as siblings and their friends.
I believe myself to be patient, friendly, and approachable. With a love for learning, I hope to not only support you through your own studies, but also to promote an enjoyment of academics in general!

About the lesson

I've had experience tutoring students both academically and non-academically, acting as a volunteer instructor at my local martial arts club. I have also provided help with University applications to Year 12s and 13s, with experience reading and editing personal statements as well as providing general advice.
Lessons will initially be an hour long, but this can be varied by request. I have a particularly discursive style of teaching as I find that this truly promotes understanding.
