About Elizabeth
I am a third year student at the University at Buffalo Honors college majoring in Applied Mathematics with a concentration in Actuarial Science. I am very enthusiastic about math and teaching and love to help other people learn as well. I have been tutoring my fellow peers as well as some of my younger relatives in math for a couple of years now, and have always been able to explain to them the logic behind the math they're learning in a way that they have always been able to comprehend it.

I love to take the time to see how each student learns and try to explain to them the information in the way they will understand best. I don't just explain the material, but I go into depth and make sure the student can fully understand why everything is being done and the logic behind it. I have experience tutoring mainly in high school and college level math classes such as Algebra, Trig, Pre-calc, and college, but have also tutored in middle-school and elementary level math.
