I am a graduate mechanical engineer with Post graduate diploma and MA in theology and member of Religious organisation radhasoami faith for last 40 years.
I have second initiation on surat sabda yoga meditation technique and practising it since last 30 years.I am also a Spiritual blog writer and a wellness trainer.

My class will be for those people who have a genuine interest towards theology and who have a desire to move their attention inwards instead of running after materialistic desires outside.In my sessions I explain how one can control his body mind and spirit and achieve total wellness
