My unique decision-making process…
I’m an NLP Master Practitioner and certified in Generative, Somatic, and Life Coaching. These multiple modalities give me extensive tools and processes to guide you quickly to the heart of the matter and help you make life-changing decisions with confidence, clarity & resilience in just a few transformational sessions.
Clients usually work with me for 3 × 90 minute sessions to arrive at their aligned decision. I adapt my sessions to the clients needs so it’s completely bespoke, but here’s an idea of what the process might look like:…
I begin every session with a different guided meditation to regulate your nervous system and ensure that you’re in the right frame of mind to access your most powerful and resourceful self and make decisions from a place of assurance, love and possibility rather than fear.
Session 1 - Find Your North Star
Using playful NLP tools we’ll uncover your values, vision and purpose to find your North Star - what’s truly important to you and what should be guiding every decision you make. This will become your unique compass.
Session 2 - Put Yourself In The Scenarios
We’ll use NLP & somatic tools to delve into the different scenarios so you can visualise and feel what each would be like, uncovering important information from your intuition rather than relying solely on your cognitive brain to make a decision.
Session 3 - Make It Happen
Using a Generative Coaching model and somatic movement techniques, we’ll connect to your intuition & resources, walk through a logical timeline of actions to get to your desired outcome, identify any obstacles you face and turn them into resources, and create an anchor to keep you on track in your chosen direction.
By the end of the third session you will have made a confident decision.

Somatic and Generative Coaching move away from relying on cognitive thought, and strengthen the mind–body connection, helping you tap into your intuition and feel your goals, which is proven to be more effective in making those dreams a reality.
NLP tools and Life Coaching further support your growth by enhancing communication, emotional regulation, confidence, leadership, and meaningful habit change.
Together we uncover insights into limiting beliefs, obstacles holding you back and tracing where these ideas come from, reframing them with something more positive and productive. We find your opportunities and resources – unlocking your true potential and purpose.
You’ll see your ‘should I stay or should I go’ questions in a new light and be able to make complex, life-changing decisions that are fully aligned with who you are and want to be.
Three sessions are enough to get you there, but some clients decide to continue working together through the transitional process, to help with confidence, relational issues, goal-setting, creative thinking, resilience, mindset and more.
