About Hannan
I am a health and social care student that has always had a willingness to support people. I have struggled with stress when juggling my personal difficulties and educational stress. I found journalling to be a helpful method. Especially when people did not understand me when I told them about what I am going through. So I want to help people in the same way.

My sessions are designed to help you manage stress, improve self-awareness, and develop healthy habits through simple and meaningful writing activities. No writing experience is needed — just a willingness to grow
