Studied education but had to put studies to hold, coached athletes that went to SA's and got 3 gold medals and 2 silver. Also coached for 4 years and reseaved a lot of good feedback from my student's. I also did athletics and did well aswell

My classes are very interaction based, the students tell me what they would like to do and I ask for input. I do the exercises with my athletes and motivated them through good competition, I strive for good technice, discipline and good posture when running.
