I am a parkour and Freerunning athlete with 10 years of experience, Professor trained by the National Pedagogical University of Colombia. Exploration: I give the student total freedom to choose, learn and practice the movements they want. 5. Internalization: Through psychological strategies I design a structured plan for the student to internalize the necessary skills to progress in the discipline, taking into account and interpreting their unique way of perceiving and perceiving their environment, using didactics and pedagogy. 6. Daniel es super buen profe, él es el mejor. El profe Daniel me enseña parkour a mi y desde que me da clases he sentido una motivación increíble en todo lo que hago.
