Open up your heart and then continue on the journey.We will first learn your idea of meditation and what you expect from it,and accordingly continue the process to master meditation so it becomes a integral habit and comes natural as breathing,rather than escape from harsh reality.
This is for you if you have never meditated before or have tried meditation yet don't feel the awesome experience everyone often bloats about, or even an expert in meditation who wants a different perspective on mindfulness.
