About Camilla

I am a keen linguist and enthusiastic English language teacher. I hope to impart my enthusiasm for languages on to my students and equip you with the skills you will need for language learning. I also hope to refine and improve my students' English so you can speak with sophistication and ease.

About the lesson

Thanks to my keen interest in linguistics, I am a rigorous and enthusiastic teacher. It is key that students attain their goals and, as a language learner myself, I can put myself in their position and use different teaching methods to tackle these goals.

I have been teaching French and Spanish to A level students for two years now, so have extensive experience with teaching a variety of methods and through different online interfaces (Zoom, Moodle and Mashme). I have taught students face-to-face, but moved entirely to online teaching over the COVID period with no trouble at all. I will use my current setup for online students. I can easily troubleshoot any technical problems which might arise as I am well-used to using computers for classes. I will use my experience as both an online student (as I was taught online last year for my degree) and teacher to tailor useful and efficient lessons for my students.

I am a TESOL qualified native English speaker from Oxford. I am enthusiastic, rigorous and passionate about my subject.
